Space
The house has a driveway from the road and has parking spaces.

You enter the house through an enchanting garden with citrus groves and Mediterranean scents and arriving at a first relaxation area with comfortable sofas.

On the second terrace there is a large outdoor kitchen, equipped with stove and grill, with a large convivial table with breathtaking views over the whole port and the sea, where you can relax comfortably, especially at sunset.

From the terrace you enter the house into a living room that has an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave) with a dining table and an enchanting panoramic view of the Marina Grande bay. The living area, with a comfortable double sofa bed, was created by mixing the blue, turquoise and white colors typical of Capri with contemporary design elements, modern antiques and upholstered armchairs, a mix of heterogeneous objects that have given life to a abode with a unique and magical atmosphere.

Light floods every room and changes the perspective of places. The numerous windows cancel the boundaries between outside and inside, creating a unique space.

The feeling is of total freedom. This whole area overlooks a large third terrace characterized by majolica tiles with a herringbone pattern that evoke the waves of the sea. The breathtaking panorama ranges from Punta Campanella, the Sorrento coast, Vesuvius, Naples, the Campi Flegrei to Ischia. A drink at sunset is always a truly unforgettable sensory experience.

The two bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom and another with two single beds with external bathroom equipped with backlit wardrobes and TV, overlook the green park of the house, in a quiet environment. Resin and white stone give a strong materiality to the rooms.

The house has Internet service, air conditioning and smart TV.

Access for guests
Access is from the driveway and is without steps, which is unique in Capri.
